Auditing & Site Inspections
Elliott Safety offer a complete auditing service. HSEQ audits of construction sites and other facilities can be completed to your already established criteria on your own software system or alternatively, using our own auditing tool run on software program HammerTech which meets Australian Standard auditing requirements. Our qualified team of specialist auditors complete audit and inspections for developers, head contractors and subcontractors. Our preferred approach is one of collaboration with clients and site teams (rather than the safety police) to ensure duty of care obligations are met by all parties.
Depending on the client’s size, business structure and current needs we will recommend the best auditing approach to ensure best value for money. We offer the following options to our clients:
– Full site/facility safety and environmental audits in accordance with legislation
– Construction site Quality audits
– Audits done in line with your company management system requirements
– Site safety walks and Hazard Identifications – This allows us to visit several sites in a day with a focus on high risk activities at each location
– Electrical compliance audits for construction projects to AS 3012 – Electrical installations – Construction and demolition sites
– Internal Management System audits for safety, quality and environmental ISO certification compliance
Detailed written reports with photographic evidence is provided at the completion of inspections. We strive to turn around reports within 3 business days but often reports are issued within 24 hours.
